How Custom Commissions Work

Design & Palette Submission
Share your floor plan, reference photo, Pantone color codes, or CAD drawing with our Mirzapur design studio.
2.
Handwoven Strike-off Sample
We weave a 1x1 ft actual corner sample and express courier it to your address to verify texture, pile depth, and true colors.
3.
Full Loom Weaving & Updates
Upon sample approval, our master weavers set the loom. We send periodic high-res photo/video progress updates from the factory.
4.
Doorstep Insured Delivery
Triple-layer waterproof packing and doorstep dispatch via express air or sea freight with end-to-end tracking.
