2. Handmade Characteristics & Dimensional Tolerance

Due to the authentic handmade nature of our weaving processes (hand-knotting, hand-tufting, handloom flatweaves), minor variations in dye saturation, yarn slub, and dimensions (typically ±2 to 3%) are natural hallmarks of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Currency

All domestic prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST. International prices may be quoted in USD or EUR based on prevailing exchange rates and export freight agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All product imagery, custom designs, and literary weaving guides on this website are the proprietary property of Carpet Shop India and protected under Indian and international copyright law.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mirzapur / Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
