You can easily identify hand-knotting by inspecting the back of the carpet—the intricate pattern design is as clearly visible on the reverse side as on the front, without any synthetic glue or plastic canvas backing.
Yes! We ship worldwide to over 40 countries via express air couriers (DHL, FedEx) and ocean container freight. Every international shipment is wrapped in triple waterproof packaging and includes comprehensive door-to-door transit insurance.
Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke carpet manufacturing. You can specify any dimension (from 2x3 ft up to 20x30 ft), custom Pantone color matching, and design patterns. We provide a 1x1 ft handwoven strike-off sample before starting loom production.
For domestic Indian buyers, we accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Netbanking, Debit/Credit Cards via Razorpay. For international export buyers, we accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and Direct International Bank Wire Transfers.
Vacuum your carpet once a week using suction only (avoid rotary beater bars which pull wool fibers). In case of spills, blot immediately with a clean white cotton cloth and lukewarm water with mild soap. Professional flat hand washing is recommended every 4-5 years.
We provide a 7-day hassle-free return policy for standard catalog sizes. If you are not completely delighted with your rug, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return pickup or exchange.
